MY JOB IN COACHING
In coaching, we look for the gaps between where you are when you begin and where you want to be. My job, as your coach, is to support you in identifying your issues and challenges, Then, as partners, we create an action plan backed by your intention to move forward to the place in life you wish to be.
How do I fulfill my role in this partnership? By upholding my promises to you as your coach.

MY PROMISES
- I will adhere to my strict promise of confidentiality in our relationship - no exceptions;
- I will assure that our relationship provides you a completely safe haven in which to be yourself;
- I will uphold my promise that our coaching will be based exclusively upon your agenda, period;
- I will not judge either you or your decisons;
- I will be forthright and honest in what I say to you and how I deal with you;
- I will challenge you to stretch further than you would likely do alone;
- I will ask that you stay accountable for the commitments you make with me;
- I will ask powerful questions that have perhaps not been asked of you before, to enable you to think in different ways;
- I have the ability to hear not only what is being said but what is not being said, as well, and will question your words and your silences;
- I will strongly challenge your fears and limiting beliefs, to support you in moving forward;
- I will assist you in creating your own action plan, to enable you to achieve success, by your definition;
- I will provide the resources and tools you need, to be the best you can be, and then some!
- I will do my best to assure that you have gained immeasurable value and benefit from our coaching relationship, and that you feel it is an extremely worthy investment of your time, energy and money!
