LIFE AND CAREER TRANSITIONS

"One's philosophy is not best expressed in words, it is expressed in the choices one makes." -Eleanor Roosevelt

Change: the definitions are endless - "the act of passing from one place to the next"; "the internal process one experiences to make different external choices"; "to substitute one thing for another". However, there is one thing that generally remains constant throughout the process of change, or transition, and that's the emotion behind the process - fear, uncertainty, insecurity, self-doubt, discomfort, loss - the list continues. It is for these reasons that people often seek the support of a coach to help them through these transitional times in their lives. Often, they simply want help in relinquishing the past, and determining the future. Other times, they want assistance in getting through the emotional mine field of change - coming out the other side intact, whole, and ready to move forward on a positive and beneficial path.
Whether you're immersed in any type of career transition, or experiencing a difficult or confusing life change in which you require some additional support, coaching helps you place your past in an appropriate perspective, and determine the changes you need to undertake to make beneficial choices for your future. Coaching affords you the opportunity to work through your transition with a partner who provides you with mindful listening, constructive ideas, accountability, and more.
